How to Delete Your Azaya Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your Azaya account directly from the Azaya mobile app.

Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Open the Azaya app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap Profile in the app navigation.
3. Go to My Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Review the account deletion notice, then tap Confirm Account Deletion.

What Happens After You Submit the Request?

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days after you submit the request. If you sign in to the Azaya app during this 30-day period, the deletion request will be canceled and your account will be reactivated.

After the 30-day period, your account and the personal data associated with it will be permanently deleted or anonymized. We may retain certain transaction or reservation records when required to meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.

Before Deleting Your Account

• Review your upcoming reservations and cancel any booking you cannot attend in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• Save any information or invoices you may need in the future.
• Once deletion is complete, your account and its associated data cannot be restored.
