Welcome to the Azaya application.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Azaya application and all services provided through it, including booking classes and sessions, purchasing packages and products, and using the facilities affiliated with the center.
By using the application, creating an account, making any booking, or completing any purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the application or its services.
The Azaya application provides an electronic platform for browsing and booking appointments, and for viewing services and products.
The user undertakes to:
Use the application in a lawful and proper manner.
Not misuse the application or attempt to disrupt, disable, or hack it.
Not use the application for any fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Not attempt to access the data or accounts of other users.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Azaya Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
To benefit from certain services within the application, the user must create a personal account.
The user undertakes to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Maintain the confidentiality of their login details.
Not share their account with any other person.
Notify Azaya immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account.
Azaya has the right to suspend or cancel the account if false information is provided or if the account is used in a manner that violates these Terms and Conditions.
Bookings may be made through the application according to the availability of appointments and services.
Upon completing a booking:
The booking shall be considered confirmed once payment has been completed or the session has been deducted from the package, depending on the type of service.
The client is responsible for reviewing the booking details and ensuring their accuracy.
In the event of any booking error, the client must contact the center as soon as possible.
All bookings are subject to availability.
The client may be added to the waiting list when the class or session is fully booked, and will be notified automatically when a spot becomes available.
The center reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any appointment due to operational, administrative, or emergency circumstances, provided that the client is notified and the service is rescheduled whenever possible.
All payments are made through the approved payment methods available within the application.
The following provisions shall apply:
Services must be paid for in advance.
A booking will not be confirmed unless payment is completed or the session is deducted from the package.
All packages are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.
Packages are subject to a specific validity period, which will be displayed at the time of purchase.
A package will expire at the end of its validity period, even if not all sessions have been used.
Prices may be amended at any time, without affecting packages purchased prior to such amendment.
The center shall not be responsible for any payments made outside the official approved payment channels.
In order to properly manage appointments, the following policies shall apply:
Group classes may be cancelled or rescheduled at least eight (8) hours before the scheduled time.
Private sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled time.
Sessions provided by visiting experts or specialists are not subject to cancellation or rescheduling.
If the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the specified period, the session shall be considered used. It will be deducted from the package balance if the booking was made using a package, or considered delivered and non-refundable if it was paid for as an individual session.
If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the specified period, the session will be returned to the package balance if the booking was made using a package. If the service was paid for as an individual session, its value will be added to the client’s electronic wallet in their account for use toward a future service booking, and will not be refunded in cash.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be completed through the application only. Any request submitted through any other channel shall not be considered valid.
The user undertakes to:
Respect the center’s employees, instructors, and other clients.
Not use the application or services in any manner that may offend or harm others.
Comply with the instructions issued by the center’s management.
Refrain from any conduct that may cause harm to the center or its users.
The center has the right to suspend or terminate the account in the event of any breach of these obligations.
All rights related to the application, including:
The trade name
The logo
The design
Texts
Images
Graphics
Software
Content
are owned by Azaya Center or its licensed parties and are protected by applicable laws and intellectual property rights.
No part of the application or its content may be copied, republished, modified, or exploited without prior written consent.
Azaya Center strives to provide high-quality services. However:
Results may vary from one person to another.
The center does not guarantee any specific results.
Services are provided as is and subject to availability.
Schedules, instructors, or services may be modified when necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, Azaya Center shall not be liable for:
Any indirect losses.
Loss of data.
Loss of profits.
Any damages arising from the use of the application.
Any services provided by third parties.
In all cases, Azaya’s liability shall not exceed the value of the service subject to the claim.
Azaya may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Misuse of the application.
Submission of false information.
Any conduct that threatens the safety of the center or its users.
The center may delete the account or suspend the services, subject to the applicable laws and regulations.
Azaya may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be published within the application, with the date of the latest update being revised accordingly.
Continued use of the application after the publication of any amendments shall constitute acceptance of such amendments.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.
