for Wellness Studio in Saudi Arabia

At AZAYA, we strive to create a serene and respectful environment for all our clients. To ensure a harmonious experience for everyone, we have established the following etiquette policy:

1. Dress Code:
-    Modest attire is expected from both staff and clients. Please dress in a manner that respects local customs and traditions.
-    For yoga or exercise classes, comfortable and non-revealing clothing is recommended.
-    Please remove your shoes before entering the studio and place them in the designated area.

2. Punctuality:
-    Please arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment or class to allow time for check-in and preparation.
-    If you are running late, please notify us in advance. However, please note that late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

3. Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices:
-    To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, kindly turn off or switch to silent mode all mobile phones and electronic devices before entering the studio.
-    Taking calls or using electronic devices during sessions or classes is strictly prohibited.

4. Respect for Others:
-    Treat fellow clients, staff, and instructors with kindness, respect, and consideration.
-    Maintain a quiet and calm demeanor while inside the studio premises to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.
-    Refrain from engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior, including loud conversations, excessive noise, or offensive language.

5. Personal Hygiene:
-    Maintain proper personal hygiene by showering or bathing before attending sessions or classes.
-    Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or scents as they may cause discomfort to others.

6. Health and Safety:
-    Please inform your instructor or therapist of any existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your participation in sessions or classes.
-    Follow instructor or therapist guidance and exercise caution while using equipment or participating in physical activities to prevent injury.

7. Cleanliness and Maintenance:
-    Help us maintain a clean and tidy environment by disposing of any waste or personal belongings properly.
-    Report any equipment malfunction or maintenance issues to the staff immediately.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality:
-    Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients and their personal information. Avoid discussing or sharing such information with others.

9. Payment and Cancellation:
-    Please adhere to our payment and cancellation policies as outlined during the registration or booking process.

10. Feedback and Concerns:
-    We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and concerns. If you have any issues or suggestions, please notify the management promptly.

Failure to comply with this etiquette policy may result in a client being asked to leave the premises or being denied future services.
