As a physical therapist, I draw upon my extensive understanding of anatomy, movement principles, and body awareness to specifically address and optimize the performance of the breathing muscles. With my background in yoga, I incorporate principles of mindfulness and breathwork into the craniosacral therapy sessions, creating a holistic and profound healing experience.
